Now owned and operated by Toby and Cameo Casey, the Baldwin Farm in West Stockbridge, MA has remained in the same family throughout many generations. Originally built by family-member Samuel Pomeroy in 1859, the Farm has been home to many joyous family gatherings and a variety of farming activities through the years, including orchards, turkeys, sheep and dairy cattle.Toby and Cameo purchased the family farm in early 2017, and with their eight children immediately set about restoring the Farm to operation. In a year’s time they have built-up a flock of laying chickens, raised a large number of pasture-raised broilers, and recently added cattle, hogs and turkeys to their care. While these efforts have largely been for personal consumption, Baldwin Farm LLC was formed in March 2018 to begin offering sale of eggs, meats, and garden produce.
